







This campaign, launched nationally in 2022, served as a fresh and inviting recruitment campaign to further strengthen Erickson Senior Living’s position as an employer of choice, and to attract high-caliber, qualified individuals who are looking for a lasting career. Our culture is a differentiator for employees and residents alike, and it was important that this campaign reflect that with a simple greeting, ‘hello,’ that is easily recognizable, direct, familiar and friendly. I worked directly with our HR and Communications clients to bring this to life across digital and social media, outdoor billboards, print and more. I also art directed the photography in this campaign, which included real Erickson employees.
